Is It Evil – Samurai Jack (2017) Episode 10

Well… was not expecting some of that. Before you ask what “that” am I referring to, there is one question that needs to be asked. How Evil Is Samurai Jack Season 5 episode 10?

Samurai Jack finally got an ending, and for the most part it was glorious. This entire episode felt like Dragon Age. All the people who Jack helped came to fight a war to get him back. Then Jack went back to the past with his “girlfriend” and killed him were it all began. Now, here comes the part I hate, she vanishes from existence on their wedding day. That’s right with Aku dead she was never born. They could’ve wrote around this like they did with Jack not aging but they went the bittersweet route, and she “died” instead (Chris: They pulled the Gurren Lagann. Woo-freakin’-hoo…). To be honest I should’ve seen it coming after the romance episode. At the end of the episode we see Jack who appears to be traveling once again. Maybe on a quest to get his wife back? We will never know… unless they make more. (They won’t)

How the heck do I rate this thing? I love this episode until the unnecessary death happens, but can I give it a bad rating when the rest of it was so good? I’m Going to say this Episode was as evil as a Villain. Now for this season, I’d it’s as evil as a Villain and here’s why. There are slight continuity errors in the flash back from the older seasons with lines being added or subtracted. The romance episode while I adore it was cliché to a fault as well with the wedding fiasco in the last episode.  Even with those I’d still say the series is almost perfect and a much watch for those who are into the genre. Well, that’s all I have for you today. Thanks for letting me waste your time, people.

Keep It Classy,
Evil Bob
