Mark Waid is taking Captain America cross country, and I honestly couldn’t be more thrilled by that thought.
So. Let’s talk about my favorite solo DC character, shall we?
You know, it’s becoming increasingly apparent to me, as I read Rebirth titles, that the New 52 was at least 95% secretly written as fan fiction…
(One would think that a book this keen on wide shots would have one that features all the characters on the same level, for banners and whatnot, but whatever)
It’s about time we got some superheroes on this site. And why not begin with the man who started my obsession with the genre; the Dark Knight Detective, himself, Batman.
Oh. Good. The subtitle’s a pun. Y’know, it’d be funnier if the book had even the slightest parallel to A New Hope at all. But nope. Just a pun. Well, let’s see if the rest of the books is any funnier, shall we?
