Bounty hunting while on the run…

When you’re low on cash and on the run, what do you do? Might not be what Mando does. Let’s get this thing started.

Summary

Mando starts off by being chased by another bounty hunter. This guy’s got the right idea too, he’s attacking Mando in space and he’s behind Mando and everything. Of course Mando blows the fool out of the sky and manages to land on Tatooine. Somehow everything leads back to this dust ball.

Mando may be safe on the ground but now he has other problems. His ship is badly damaged and needs repairs but he also needs money to fix it. Being hunted by your own guild seems to be bad for business. Luckily the lady in charge of the dock he’s in is somewhat understanding. She allows him to go look for work while she repairs the ship. Now the only thing Mando has to worry about is getting the funds necessary. So he heads to the catina which is now run by droids. 

While there he meets a young man Toro Calican, who’s looking to get into the guild but he needs help tracking down Fennec Shand. He offers to pay Mando as long as he himself can take the credit for catching Shand. Mando agrees to the terms and the two of them set off to capture Shand. In this time the child gets discovered by the dock lady and she takes care of the little guy.

Meanwhile, Mando and his Jr. fall right into Shand’s trap and are forced to take cover and wait her out till nightfall. Under the cover of night they blitz her location using their speeder bikes and flares. Mando gets shot but they end up capturing Shand pretty easily once they both get to her. While Mando is off to fetch another means of transport his Jr. learns of the bounty on Mando’s head from Shand and decides to kill her and ambush Mando back at the docks. Mando kills the fool rather quickly. With all the Money now belonging to Mando he settles up with the nice lady and leaves the planet. Oh and a suspicious pair of boots come across Shand’s body.

Conclusion

I love how even when Mando is trying to lay low there’s just no escaping the guild. He’s trying everything and it’s just not working out for him. Which means he’s gonna have to get rid of that bounty eventually. Anway, we’ve got just 3 episodes left in season 1 so I’m guessing the last two will be the finale. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for us. I hope you’ve enjoyed this. Thanks for letting me waste your time and Keep It Classy.
