So Nicole finally made a move and I think it broke Catarina. It was bound to happen, but I suspected it would be much later. It was a nice surprise that it happened this early, on a summer break episode of all things. I went into this episode expecting the usual shenanigans that we would get from most anime but this was much better than I thought it would be. It also confirmed to me one thing. Catarina is the villain. She may not be trying to but my theory about her having the ability to seduce people might be true.
Don’t give me that look. Think about it. All of the men want her as well as all of the women. She didn’t even set out to build a harem and is seemingly oblivious that any of them actually like her in that way. Their attraction to her seems programmed as if she has some unseen power to cause others to fall in love and with the inclusion of this episode it’s only gotten worse. I’m not saying that it’s really going down that way. It’s simply an amusing theory of mine.
One last thing before I go. How funny is it that this show handled summer break homework so realistically? Waiting for the last minute to do your homework and having to work through the night just to finish it on time. Yup, those were the good old days. This was an overly enjoyable episode. I do wonder if my theory will be true but I don’t really care either way. Anyway, that’s all I have for you. Make sure to check out Burning Sky when you have the chance. Keep it Classy Y’all.
