Oh, the memories. And she still hasn’t used her catchphrase yet. Come on, why hasn’t she said the thing yet?

Kaguya-sama: Love is War Season 2 (Episode 3)
Studio(s): A-1 Pictures
Genre(s): Comedy, Psychological, Romance, School, Seinen
Okay, I gotta give props to Miyuki. Kaguya never stood a chance during the moon viewing. She had a plan to get some alone time with him and everything. Too bad, in this instance, Miyuki was as smooth as silk. He countered her every move with things that made her heart race so much that she had to bow out before the marathon was over. I had to pause in the middle of it to stop myself from laughing too. She got everything she wanted except it wasn’t on her terms. It’s just too bad Miyuki didn’t mean to do any of it.

When he finally figured out what he had done, the results were interesting. He somehow shot an energy blast while cleaning a window. I lost it with that one too. This show gets me to laugh a lot more than it should. But all good things must come to an end and sadly the second half of the episode focused and the student council disbanding. The show even went through some of the hits from last season, really driving home the fact that all those fun times will be gone starting in the next episode. And then it happened. Kaguya asked Miyuki to run for student council president for one more year.

Of course, he played like that was his plan all along after she did and took what was basically a free win. That Magnificent Bastard. So yeah, fun episode overall. Welp, that’s all I have for you today. I still want Kaguya to say her line but that wasn’t the selling point of the show for me anyway. If you have time be sure to check out Burning Sky. Thanks for letting me waste your time and Keep It Classy.
