Voyager: All right! A bunch of new shows, this week! So let’s begin!
EvilBob: FIGHT!

Voyager: Oh wait!
EvilBob: Now what?
Voyager: They need the key, this time! All right, everyone! Time for a guide! So here it goes! The TKO uses symbols and colors. Red means a series lost points since its last episode. Green means it gained points. And Blue means it stayed where it was.
EvilBob: As for the symbols, they’re pretty self-explanatory. ▲ means the ranking went up, ▼ means it went down, and ◎ means they didn’t move.
Voyager: Yep! Easy peasy!
EvilBob: …now?
Voyager: Now!
EvilBob: FIGHT!!!

Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun (81pts)
Voyager – 82
EvilBob – 80

Voyager: This was so much fun!
EvilBob: It really was! But…
Voyager: Yeah…
EvilBob: Just to get it outta the way real quick…
Voyager: Right? Ahem…
E/V: This girl is an IDIOT!
Voyager: Ahahaha! We agree!
EvilBob: Seriously! Girl! Let the boy finish talking before you do something that stupid!
Voyager: But she seems to have learned her lesson, so it’s fine, for now. Just don’t do again, ‘kay? Oh! The episode was a blast, otherwise! Hanako’s such a good evil boy.
EvilBob: Yea- wait, huh?
Voyager: And the art style and animation are fantastic!
EvilBob: Hold up, we’re not gonna just ignore what you just-
Voyager: Next show!
EvilBob: Oh, we are.
Runway de Waratte (80pts)
Voyager – 85
EvilBob – 75

Voyager: *smiles*
EvilBob: …All right. I am prepared to start cooking up some crow for dinner because I did not expect this show to be as good as it was, from the get go.
Voyager: Told you!
EvilBob: I said I’d eat the crow. No need to rub it in, you smug little…
Voyager: Heehee. But I was right! It’s actually a really good watch! Applying that Shounen Hype to modeling is a surprisingly good match! Plus, the show knows when to dial up the polish.
EvilBob: Yeah. The animation, itself, is nothing special. But there are some shots… hoo boy. And the characters are surprisingly robust.
Voyager: Ooooh! So you’re the one who took my word-of-the-day calendar!
EvilBob: N-no! Shut up! I just mean the characters were handled really well!
Voyager: I agree! Oh, I also appreciated that this felt like probably the most complete first episode of the entire lineup. It told a succinct story with a clear beginning, middle, and end, all while working in a lot of character backstory and motivation! It was just great!
Somali to Mori no Kamisama (76pts▼)

No New Episode.
Koisuru Asteroid (72pts▼)
Voyager – 65
EvilBob – 75

Voyager: This episode was fine.
EvilBob: Yup.
Voyager: Relaxing too.
EvilBob: Yyyup.
Voyager: Cute and funny as before too. But not as much character stuff. It was there, obviously. And I liked it! Seeing more out of the relationship between Mira and Ao was cute!
EvilBob: Yeah. Though not quite to the same level as the first episode, I don’t think. But it might’ve just been because it focuses on the other girls a little more.
Voyager: Oh! But Mira’s sister was great!
EvilBob: Right?
Infinite Dendogram (72pts)
Voyager – 73
EvilBob – 70

Voyager: This series has infinite potential!
EvilBob: Ha. I see what you did there.
Voyager: Good! Though the first episode was pretty solid! A nice start!
EvilBob: Yeah. Pretty above average.
Voyager: And it managed to not annoy us!
EvilBob: Yet. It hasn’t annoyed us… yet.
Voyager: Ahahaha! Yeah… Well… let’s just hope this doesn’t leave a bad taste in our mouths.
EvilBob: Ha. I see what you did there.
Voyager: Thank you!
In/Spectre (70pts)
Voyager – 70
EvilBob – 70

Voyager: …
EvilBob: …You’re… suspiciously quiet.
Voyager: …No.
EvilBob: No… what?
Voyager: No.
EvilBob: No what?
Voyager: NO.
EvilBob: What, boy?!
Voyager: I hate it!
EvilBob: Eh? If you hate the episode so much, why’d you give it such a high score?
Voyager: Huh? Oh, no, the episode was fine. The main dude’s kinda dull, so far, but it was amusing and the worldbuilding was cool. Also it looks nice. And Kotoko’s pretty cool.
EvilBob: Then… what’s your-
Voyager: NO. There is absolutely zero way that literal child was completely unfazed by having suddenly lost two significant bodyparts. That is not just something you shrug off and it makes me all squirmy!
EvilBob: …well, okay then.
Voyager: Not saying it should be treated as a weakness or whatever. If anything having her now be all empowering and stuff because she proves that she’s as capable as any fully-able person. But the human condition is one that’s wired to feel extremely uncomfortable at the mere thought of not being “whole.” Missing parts should be a big deal, at least at first, and this is coming from a full-grown man! That girl was eleven! The fact that she just kinda shrugs at it and thinks of it as a “fair deal” is not okay. eugh…
EvilBob: …note to self. Gets extremely squeamish at the thought of missing limbs.
ID:Invaded (70pts▼)
Voyager – 71(E2), 73(E3)
EvilBob – 70(E2), 70(E3)

Voyager: …
EvilBob: …All right, which part was it.
Voyager: Drills don’t go there! Why?! Why would you make me watch that?!
EvilBob: Well… she’s fine now?
Voyager: NO!
EvilBob: …Right, so episode 2 and 3 happened and they were pretty intriguing. The mystery aspect of this show is actually fascinating. And the backstory we’re getting on Sakaido, while obvious, is compelling. And there’s enough of a mystery surrounding the actual events that it stays interesting despite the circumstances being a bit stale.
Voyager: *wriggle*
EvilBob: …note to self: drills to the forehead also yield an incredibly squeamish response.
Seton Academy (67pts▼)
Voyager – 68
EvilBob – 70

EvilBob: I learned way too much about Koalas, this episode…
Voyager: Let us never speak of that again.
EvilBob: Agreed.
Voyager: But sloth girl! Cuuute!
EvilBob: And you know what happens to sloth girls when they’re too cute.
Voyager: Wait, I don’t like where this is-
EvilBob: They DIE!
Voyager: Nuuuuu!
EvilBob: Meanwhile, Cat-Girl is best girl.
Voyager: Sloth girl… ;-;
EvilBob: Oh, suck it up. No lie, this episode was a lot of fun. A little simplistic, as per the whole of the series, but really fun. Lots of good jokes, delivered with pretty solid execution.
Itai no wa Iya nano de Bougyoryoku ni Kyokufuri Shitai to Omoimasu. (67pts)
Voyager – 63
EvilBob – 70

EvilBob: I’ve been hungry before…
Voyager: Yeah! We can tell that, just lookin’ at’cha!
EvilBob: …Just because you’re correct doesn’t make you right.
Voyager: He said the thing!
EvilBob: Anyway. I’ve been hungry… but never hungry enough to eat a dragon. How do you even get to that place in your head?
Voyager: Take the stairs?
EvilBob: …anyway, it’s cute.
Voyager: Told you! It’s cute, funny, and I’m looking forward to more!
EvilBob: But this low on the list, I wonder if it’s even gonna last long enough to…
Voyager: I’m Looking Forward. To More. Bob.
EvilBob: …Right. Yup.
Voyager: Yay!
Rikei ga Koi ni Ochita no de Shoumei shitemita. (66pts)
Voyager – 67
EvilBob – 65

Voyager: Smart people are dumb about love!
EvilBob: Ain’t that the truth…
Voyager: It’s funny!
EvilBob: It is!
Voyager: Yeah!
EvilBob: And basically nothing else!
Voyager: Yeah!
EvilBob: Please stop doing that.
Voyager: No!
EvilBob: …That’s not funny.
Voyager: Yeah!
EvilBob: Next.
Voyager: Okay, okay, I’ll stop Hmph. Big people are s’posed to be jolly. You’re no fun…
EvilBob: You wanna give me cookies and milk?
Voyager: Boo. But! I wonder how long this show can go without getting old, yeah? Hopefully it’s not the same joke, over and over.
EvilBob: Eh. There are shows that managed that pretty well. Takagi-san… Kaguya-sama…
Voyager: True! Ooh! If it’s like another one of those, this’ll be amazing!
Majutsushi Orphen Hagure Tabi (65pts)
Voyager – 60
EvilBob – 70

Voyager: Bye!
EvilBob: …Well, okay then. Harsh.
Voyager: This feels super retro! I like it!
EvilBob: Yeah. I definitely like that it feels like a remake of an anime from the late 90s… but, as it is, there’s no way it’s competing with the rest of this lineup.
Voyager: Uh-uh! Hopefully it tightens up. Otherwise…
EvilBob: Bye!
Voyager: Ahahaha!
Isekai Quartet 2nd Season (Unaired)
Episode Unaired.

PRIZED MOMENT
Voyager: Cheating time!
EvilBob: Anyone ever tell you you’re appallingly brazen?
Voyager: Nooo. But now they did!
EvilBob: …so we couldn’t decide between these two.

EvilBob: Dude, this moment was bone-chilling. Sakaido straight talked a man to death. Serial Killer or no, that is dark. And I thought the drill thing made me uncomfortable.
Voyager: *squirms*
EvilBob: Oh, right. Whoops.

Voyager: This was such a great moment for this show! And right at the first episode! A nice conclusion to the contained story that also works as a big power move for two characters at once! Great stuff!
CHOICE SCREEN GRAB

EvilBob: This dude… is completely unfazed by every other supernatural thing that happens in the show… but it’s a generic jump scare that gets him.
Voyager: Ahahahahaha! He looks so wimpy!
TOP LINE

Voyager: Such a good line.
EvilBob: Yeah. Delivers on the lead’s arc pretty much flawlessly.
Voyager: Meaningful echoes are the best!
MVP: Iwanaga, Kotoko

Voyager: The other guy’s kinda boring!
EvilBob: Do you have any chill?
Voyager: Huh? Well, actually, it is a bit nippy in here…
EvilBob: …Without Kotoko, this episode probably would’ve been sorta boring. I like her little firecracker personality.
Voyager: Yeah, yeah, yeah! Despite my… gripes, she’s fun! I like her! She’s really frank and spunky!

Voyager: And that’s the second round of this season’s Anime TKO-
EvilBob: BATTLE ROYALE EDITION!!!
Voyager: Oh. So he’s gonna do that every time.
EvilBob: Science Fell in Love technically debuted with three episodes, but we’re just gonna handle that the same way we did ID:Invaded and cover the others next time.
Voyager: Also, next time we’ll have the whole gang together! Isekai Quartet returns!
EvilBob: Still… wouldn’t it be… a quintet? They’re… they’re adding Naofumi and the others, right?
Voyager: Hmmm… good question. But did you consider the fact that I don’t care?
EvilBob: Oh, whoops.
Voyager: Whoopsie!
EvilBob: So yeah, we’re done. Keep an eye out for next week, everybody. Thanks for letting us waste your time.
Voyager: Keep up the Awesome!
EvilBob: And Keep it Classy.
Voyager: Take Care!
