Quick Thoughts

Okay, this episode was a trip. Sure it used some of the gags it had in previous episodes, but it used them in new ways. It trimmed down the new training ark by giving us more on the lovesick goddess from before. And then we have the princess who Seiya slapped. While that whole sequence made me cringe a little I still laughed at it. Although I’m curious if she’ll take anything he said to heart while he’s training.
Favorite Sequence or Scene

It may have made me cringe but it was funny. I think the part that makes it funny was the number of times she actually tried to attack him after failing so badly the first time. I just hope she’s learned from this experience. I don’t want to see her get slapped around again.
Favorite Line

I mean he said this like three times in the same episode and it only got funnier every time.
MVP: Seiya

Seiya, I think this one was obvious. He did a lot this episode. He slapped a princess, gained a new power, and stopped a lovesick goddess from rampaging by patting her head. That last one was my favorite.
Wrap-Up

Those are pretty much my thoughts on this episode. I’m curious about what’s gonna happen with the princess but I’m also hoping they don’t use the slapping thing again. What do y’all think? Did this episode hit your funny bone or did it fall flat? Leave some comments below. Also, Voyager’s I’m Curious series has a new article so be sure to check it out. Well, that’s all I have for you today. Thanks for letting me waste your time and Keep It Classy.
