Well, this is a surprise. Sorry this is a bit later than it should be.

I want to start off by thanking Average Joe Reviews for the nomination. I don’t get to do many of these and I appreciate the opportunity. I also want to give a shout out to the originator of this tag Okoto Enigma keep up the great work. Anyway, so let’s see what this is about I haven’t read the rules yet so I guess we’ll start there.

3 Things About Myself

I love strategy games. I’ve been hooked on strategy games since I first learned to play Chess. So naturally when I was introduced to Fire Emblem that series stuck with me. And yes, I started before Fates and Awakening. But I have played all the new ones but I think my favorite of them are Ike’s games. Oh, and Three Houses is a close second for me.

I’m a bit of a monster when it comes to Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm games. I don’t know why but when it comes to these games none of my friends want to battle me in them. I’m not even sure what I do that gets me to win almost every game. I just know it’s lonely at the top.

I absolutely love comedy. Growing up, I had to find entertainment where I could. So I looked at the world in a way that made things seem silly. Life is full of awkward and funny moments. You just have to look hard enough to see the comedy. That’s what drew me to the genre. Even if I was having a bad day, an episode of The Slayers would brighten it every time.

My Answers

What franchise do you feel has had the biggest impact on you as a person?

Star Wars is probably the one franchise that’s had a major impact on me. My brother and I, after watching Star Wars, thought it’d be a good idea to use sticks as Light Sabers. We didn’t get hurt but because of that, we ended up writing our own version of the original trilogy. And I could only hope to write something that epic someday.

What anime do you think has the best Opening and Ending tracks? You can have 2 separate anime, one for opening/one for ending, or one anime representing both.

And here’s a hard one for me. I don’t know. What’s best to me could be crap for someone else and I’m not entirely sure I’m even qualified to answer this question. But, for the sake of this Tag, I’ll just say Black Clover. It’s got the songs I’m currently listening to so, for now, it’s best for me.

What anime franchise do you feel had the biggest influence on you?

I have three for this one. Robotech, Bleach, and The Slayers. I can’t tell you which one has had more of an influence on me but if it weren’t for these three I wouldn’t know what anime even is. Robotech was the first anime I watched with Bleach being my second and then I got introduced to what might be one of my favorite series of all time, The Slayers. That was back when I couldn’t stand Dragon Ball Z. I caught an episode of it that I think was a filler and it almost turned me off to anime as a whole (Voyager: A mite bit overly judgmental, that). I have since watched the whole series so that’s been fixed.

What is your go-to comfort food?

… I honestly don’t know if I have one. I suppose anything with Pineapple will have to be my answer.

Is Die Hard a Christmas movie?

What kind of question is that? Of course, it is. John McClane handed out bullets to all the naughty-listers and saved Christmas in the process!

My Best Post

This is hard for me to answer. In my opinion, I don’t have one post I think is my best. I do have a few favorites but they are mostly what I’m working on this season. And out of the two of them, I think it’s the most recent Cautious Hero article, for me. I’m not a hardcore Sci-Fi fan like my brother and I prefer fantasy so I may be biased in that opinion.
