If it’s not clear by now that I adore this show, I’m doing something wrong.

Quick Thoughts

This show is still a lot of fun to watch. I was thinking it might start getting old but that hasn’t started to happen yet. It’s pretty good at mixing things up even when they reuse the same joke throughout the series.

Favorite Sequence or Scene

The rescue is, by far, the best sequence in this episode and perhaps this show, so far. Seiya actually acted like a hero and saved an ally without needing to be asked. He’s even the one that thought up the plan of attack and it worked perfectly.

Favorite Line

Okay so it’s not the type of line that I usually like but it’s funny how frustrated Ristarte gets about her hair being used to make god-tier items. Plus there wasn’t a lot to choose from this time and choosing Saiya’s catchphrase is kind of cheating.

MVP: Seiya

Seiya, this time. Color me surprised. He’s not as emotive as Ristarte but he is the one who drove the plot forward and managed to take out a surprisingly powerful demon in the process. I hope we get to see more out of him like this.

Wrap-Up

And there you have it. This episode was more action-oriented and that was perfectly fine even with the combat being part of the joke. I’m really wondering if Seiya will face an opponent worthy of him. So far he hasn’t even gotten scratched by an enemy. What do y’all think?
