Send in the Clowns.
Quick Thoughts
I haven’t really brought it up before, but it genuinely amazes me exactly how much the anime veers away from the manga, especially the later into things it gets. These clowns are, uh… they’re veeery different, all things considered.

MVP: Death the Kid
Kid’s episodes tend to be very plot laden and subtle with whatever character work they do end up providing. In no small part due to the nature of his character. But even so, he’s never not entertaining to watch. So it goes without saying that he carries the episode, especially as he’s the feature character in it. Though shoutout to Liz for overcoming her phobia to help out. Had more time been given to her, frankly, she likely would’ve claimed this honor, herself.
Wrap-Up
A fine episode, overall. Definitely more focused on prepping us for what we’re set to see, coming up. But what do you think? Would the episode have benefited more from a PoV shift to Liz instead? Let me know, down below. Catch ya next time. Keep up the Awesome!
