This was unsettling on so many levels.
Quick Thoughts
Dude. No matter how aware I am of it, watching Medusa just hijack a little girl’s body is never NOT incredibly disturbing and uncomfortable. I know how it ultimately ends, but still.
Favorite Screen Grab
I mean… I’m not gonna pretend the whole mini-Medusa thing ain’t amusing. Even she seems to think so.
Favorite Line
Poor Stein doesn’t appear genre-savvy enough to know this is pretty much always the case in a team setting for a Shounen.
MVP: Medusa
…Who else could it be? 80% of the episode focuses on her “revival.” Of course she wins out. It helps that the woman’s just an incredibly entertaining villain. Scheming, manipulative, well-spoken, all the best traits of a villainous mastermind.
Wrap-Up
Medusa’s baaack. Much like we’ll be, next episode. In the meantime, what’s your take on Mini-Medusa? Creepy? Cute? Funny? Some weird bastard child of the three? Let me know, down below. Catch ya next time. Keep up the Awesome!
