FAILURE.
Quick Thoughts
And now crap hits the fan. Quick thing. I really enjoy the exploitation of the madness and fear themes here. This is about the first time the show genuinely feels like this sort of horror Shounen type thing.
Favorite Screen Grab
This was just so creepy. I love the disturbing imagery in this series when they decide to bring it out. It’s just great. Really, the entire “revival” sequence was unnerving in the best way.
Favorite Line
I just love Eruka. She’s such a good girl. Although yes, theĀ actual best lines are probably Stein talking about what doctors would hypothesize about him. More on that in a second.
MVP: Stein
This guy is just fascinating. So very fascinating. I’m someone thoroughly interested in cause and effect. So the fact of this guy just going on a tirade that flies in the face of that entire concept – of the idea that something has to cause people to turn out the way they do – is inherently interesting to me. I practically view it as a challenge. And yet, we’re talking about madness. The very principles of which involve a lack of logic and sense. He just makes the episode so interesting, especially seeing how this side of him operates.
Wrap-Up
So what’s your take, hm? What do you think of Stein’s madness? Let me know, down below! Catch ya next time. Keep up the Awesome!
