A sadistic choice, indeed, Little Devil.
Quick Thoughts
More like these, please. Also, Medusa: Mom of the Year.
Favorite Screen Grab
It’s just ominous in a very unique way. Giving you a glimpse of some of Crona’s earliest moment’s after he gave in to madness in order to escape his fear.
Favorite Line
And this would be an excellent line to summarize Crona’s entire condition. Really I think everything about Crona’s character is just fantastically handled.
MVP: Maka & Soul
Special shout out to Crona, but we have plenty of time to talk about him. The thing I want to highlight about this the most, though, is how the episode shows Maka’s effect on Crona. You can see it even before anything really starts. Meanwhile, Soul’s defiance of the Little Devil is great. And his and Maka’s decision regarding what to do, by the end, is a great moment for them, no matter how risky. It’s one that could easily be misconstrued as wholly foolish. But while I believe that’s part of the point, we’ll talk about it more in the next episode. Because hoo does that context really enhance this moment.
Wrap-Up
That’s it for now. What do you all think of Maka’s decision? Let me know, down below. Catch ya next time. Keep up the Awesome!
