I love Soul Eater’s knack for weird imagery. This dream thing was trippy and I really dug it. Sorta showing Soul having a nightmare of being like Ragnarok and Crona.

Favorite Line

MVP: Maka

I mean… I don’t dare give this to you-know-who. And no one else particularly stands out in the episode, on account of it basically being an ensemble piece. So there is no real MVP, this time. But the nearest it gets is Maka because we’re able to once again get a feel for her emotional and mental headspace in regards to Soul’s condition. And seeing that goes a long way towards making her a believable and engaging character.
