Shut Up. Shut Up Shut Up Shut Up Shut Up. SHUT UP! | Kimetsu no Yaiba | Episode 11 Review

Oh, dear god. One of these

Kimetsu no Yaiba

To people who’ve read ahead… please tell me this idiot mellows out before long. Askin’ for a friend. His name is ‘My Sanity.’ Maybe you know him. Look, characters like this certainly have their merits and far be it for me to call them bad, but I really, really am not a fan of “the screaming coward.” Now, to the show’s credit, every character that interacts with him seems exactly as done with him as I already am. Even a little kid who, really, has every right to be terrified, at the moment. And yet the kid is calmer and more rational than him… somehow. The reactions to the guy are hilarious. But the guy, himself, is so annoying (thus far) that I’m not overly sure it’s worth it just to see those aforementioned reactions.

That being said, the rest of the episode is fine. Though one has to wonder if a caper is going to go by where Tanjiro isn’t forced to say “If only I’d gotten here sooner.” Even so, the demon of this arc is actually pretty cool. Using tsuzumi (Japanese hand drums) to alter the house they’ve wound up in – its domain. I can only imagine it’ll be a pretty fun battle, ahead. But the thing I’m most interested in is our boar-headed friend.

Kimetsu no Yaiba

Okay, he doesn’t actually have a boar’s head. But this guy seems to more fit the mold of the shouting Shounen protagonist and I’m really looking forward to learning what this guy’s story is. That being said, there’s not much else for me to report. Unless we really wanna go over that fact that those children entering the manor made my eyes roll so hard, you could hear them. But whatever. Overall, a decent episode, though it was basically all setup. Junk Food. What’d you think? Let me know, down below. And be sure to check out the first episode of the new Bulletoon revamp, featuring The Promised Neverland. Thanks for reading, as always! Keep up the Awesome!

Take Care,
Voyager

Yeah, he was really annoying and given I’ve more or less really enjoyed every other character we’ve met in this show, this was a really unwelcome addition.
