Cells at Work Episode 4 Recap | Is It Evil?

New episode new invaders of the body. How Evil is the fourth episode of Cells at Work?

Cells at Work
Studio: David Production
Genre: Comedy, Slice of Life, Slice of Life,

Last time on Cells at Work. White and friends had to fight against the deadly flu virus that threatened to throw their entire world into chaos. With that threat eliminated one can only wonder what world-ending threat they will face next. And that is the big question, right? What could possibly be worst than the flu? How about the one thing that we can’t be prepared for?

I’m of course referring to food poisoning. Don’t worry though they made it more awesome than it sounds right now. Remember how the flu was a zombie outbreak? Let’s just say they might’ve beat that.

No that’s not even the final boss, those are underlings to something far bigger. Before I get into any of that though let’s get into the episode itself. The episode started out with Red and White visiting the stomach which looks like a cave full of lava. Their visit is rather peaceful until the person they are inside of decides to eat some bad food.

That unleashed a hoard of powerful bacteria into the world. White along with a new white blood cell that I’ll call Pink are the only two in the area that can fight these germs. With the numbers being less than favorable Pink and White stand no chance of winning. This is only made worse by the fact that Pink is a lot weaker than White. It gets even better White manages to get Himself eaten by a big germ leaving poor pink alone.

Don’t worry though he cuts his way out eventually and everything is fine. Oh before I go on there was another new cell introduced but he doesn’t do anything so I’m not even going to bother mentioning him anymore, but if I did I’d call him Ninja. Anyway with one Invasion stopped things start to return to normal.

But it’s not long before a parasite invades and this thing is a kaiju. It’s a snake looking thing that’s bigger than any of the invaders we’ve seen so far. Pink charges the thing head-on and manages to one shot it. So, she’s super effective against parasites then.

Cells At Work

Overall I’d say this episode was about as Evil as a Super Villian! (10). Right now I have a tie for my favorite of this season. I hope it stays that way, I don’t wont to see any of these shows do something to ruin it for me. If you want to check out my other number one check out my recaps for Chio’s School Road. Well, that’s all I have for you today. Thanks for letting me waste your time, people.
