It’s the final recap apparently. How evil is Infini-T Force episode 12?

After the action this series has had, it was nice to get a cool down episode. Too bad they waited until the last episode to do one. It wasn’t bad at all, it’s just a little weird to have one for the season finale. The finale started with Emi’s life after the events of the last episode. Emi is happily living the life she’s earned after saving her world. She even smiles through the entire episode. Not long after the start of the episode, we start seeing flashbacks from the entire show.

The last flashback is from the previous episode and shows Ken’s fate. He’s fine. After that reveal, Emi uses the case to restore everything her father destroyed this effectively destroys the case. Which should mean Emi no longer has powers. We’ll get to that later.

After Emi saves all the worlds she is told by the others that she is now a hero. Emi accepts the responsibility happily. The heroes then return to their own worlds, never to be seen again. Now we go back to the future, where we learn Emi is back to being a normal non-superpowered girl. She even says she is just a normal high schooler. So everything is normal right? Wrong.

Emi ends up almost hit by a car, She manages to avoid it but because of the accident, a little girl ends up out in the middle of the road with a truck about to hit her. Emi doesn’t even think, she uses her powers to save the little girl.

I have so many questions about how this even happened. We were told that her powers are linked to The Case. The Case is gone. So why does she still have powers? Granted, they are much weaker than they were in the past episodes. Maybe she’s been changed to where she’ll always have powers? If that’s the case, I’m hoping for a second season with just Emi. (Chris: That. WILL NOT. Happen) I know…

After saving the girl, the truck slide towards Emi. She has no way of stopping it this time. As she contemplates her own mortality she finds the resolve to live. She screams at the truck and is transported to another dimension. Then she’s back in her own, standing on top of a building. As Emi tries to figure out what just happened, Ken makes an appearance to ask for her help. We also learn that Emi has yet to make her true wish, meaning The Case might just still be around. In the end, Ken and Emi fly off together. I’m guessing this is where the movie will start. So we’ll have to wait til then to see what happens.

This was a fun series for the most part. I had y gripes in the beginning but it shaped up pretty well. I would say this episode was about as evil as a Super Villian! The show as a whole would be about as evil as a Killer Robot Army! So pretty solid overall. If you need more hero action to get your fix check out Chris’s review of My Hero Academia.
