Infini-T Force – Episode 6 Review (Is It Evil?)

So, a normal human vs The Paragon of Evil? This can’t end well. How Evil is Ifini-T Force, episode 6?

Infini-T Force
Studio: Digital Frontier
Genre: Action, Crossover

The episode starts off exactly where episode 5 left us, with a powerless Ken fighting Damian Grey. The fight goes about as well as you might expect. Ken gets his tail handed to him rather quickly. It was brilliant of Damian to use Ken and Emi as bait so he could defeat all the heroes. What surprised me more is that he was actually able to do it. For a split second anyway.

Now, as much as I loved the ending fight, there were some things that got me. The first thing I noticed is that Ken should’ve died. I don’t care how good he is without his powers, he should’ve at least been seriously hurt, even when Friender caught him. Another thing. Why did Casshern just sit on the sidelines as a normal human tried to bring down Damian? Casshern can’t lose his powers. He’s a robot. Sure, this is supposed to be Ken’s solo episode, but they could’ve at least made the others fight something else.

Then there’s that ending. We know Z’s been watching everything that’s been going on so, why did he just now contact his daughter? I know I shouldn’t pull on that thread. But it is seriously asking to be pulled. I’m still trying to figure out Z’s real motive too. He told the others he wants to make the perfect world. I get the feeling his perfect world involves making his daughter happy.

If that’s why he is doing all this, he seems to have failed miserably. He has just lost an ally for good. If stabbing Damian in the eye is enough to kill him, that is.  Then there is the matter of the clone heroes. If Z has created clone heroes this next episode might get pretty interesting. Or if he didn’t, he may be calling his daughter to get her out of harm’s way.

Overall this episode was enjoyable. Emi actually laughed in it, so there’s that. Her development is still traveling at a snail’s pace but at least it’s there. I would say this episode is about as evil as a Killer Robot Army. Still nowhere near as bad as some other anime I’ve seen. It’s basically action-packed junk food. That’s all I have for you today. Thank’s for letting me waste your time, people.

Keep It Classy,
Evil Bob
